The apartment was very clean and spacious. The location was wonderful just a few minutes walk to a bus stop, grocery shopping, the Lido, and the park. It was less than a 20 minute walk to the train station or the shopping area of Lugano. It was a quiet safe neighborhood, never felt uncomfortable walking very early in the morning or at midnight. When looking for a place to stay the management company was quick to answer all my questions. When I arrived I was exhausted from traveling and was struggling opening the apartment door and someone came very quickly to help me.
The staff was very accommodating and helped us change our reservation to include a parking spot.

Very convenient place. Location is good, not far from the center, close from the lake, allows to reach any place of interest by feet. Interior is new and very comfortable. Large terrace.
