Their transparency in communication. The self checkin was smooth. The room hasone fridge!! So my fruit cup was able to store overnight.

The staying was good, it's a small suite but enough for a single person or a couple. I must point out though that the hotel is located on a area with a intense nightlife which it's not exactly a problem for me but it can be for some. Because I went in the summer I wanted to keep the windows open in the night but due to the loud music on the nearby clubs I had them closed which was okay as they have a fan available but that might not be the most comfortable for every person. They have a kettle, teabags and some chocolate which was a nice addition. The room was clean except for under the bed. The bathroom is good and with a good shower. The location it's at the hottest spot of Zurich's nightlife and very close to the center (around 1km to the train station).

Well positioned between the center and the train station. Lovely 2 star budget hotel. Nice and clean though.

Rooms were clean. Hotel staff were friendly. They provided us to store our luggage in the store as we arrived early.

The room was spacious, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable.
