The hotel was clean, the staff was caring and friendly.
The Woodward service overall is superior from the time you check in until you check out. They are in touch with you on WhatsApp and arranging everything you need, making it very easy to you to request any service, and they are super kind and responsive. So far, it is one of the best experience I’ve ever had during my special occasion. Rooms are very clean, organized, housekeeping almost every time you leave the room on top of night service before you go to bed to ensure we have everything we need in the room.
Incredible experience I thought I had seen it all but this was well above expectations
I mean, this is about as great as it gets in terms of hotels. Had to stay because of flight issues, but for a last-minute place to sleep it certainly sufficed, and improved my mood. If you end up staying here, there's lots to enjoy. The breakfast is amazing.
The service is exceptional. Truly a five star experience.
