In overall we really loved the place 10/10. Even though there wasn't wifi (recommend getting a sim card at the airport). Breakfast is simple but for the price of stay it is really good value! I can highly recommend this place!
Amazing place in a very beautiful green area. The rooms are modern and very clean, the garden is so peaceful and well-kept. The villa is surrounded by rice fields: peace of mind.

We are foreigners living in Badulla 3 years and have traveled Sri Lanka exrensively. This is one of the best spots...The host is an excellent fellow...the room is great and the food is truly very very good..we booked a night ,stayed two and will be back...quiet, spotlessly clean and tuk tuk driver out of town...worth every penny...stay here, you will enjoy it
We had a great stay at this accommodation! It is located in a very quiet area, about 2 km from the center of Polonnaruwa, where you can find the famous temple sites, many restaurants, and shops. The guesthouse is near the New Town, a more residential area, surrounded by beautiful rice fields.
We were traveling through with our gravel bikes, which we could securely park in the enclosed courtyard. The rooms are very nice and well-maintained, and ours even had a small garden seating area. The hot water showers and air conditioning worked perfectly, and the beds were very comfortable.
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the owner was incredibly attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
Very nice and quiet place. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. There are bicycles to drive around the ancient city.
