Everything, specially staff! Every and each staff, they are attentive and caring. Breakfast was amazing, I really enjoyed it. Place is very quiet and facing a rice field. Rooms were huge and comfortable, specially its clean.

The room was nothing special but staff are so nice and kind, and the food was so tasty. we didn’t book for dinner but when we ask them about dinner, they prepared biriyani for us and it was the best biriyani in our trip :) thank you so much :)

Ruins is one of the best experiences I have ever had. The staff is very nice. The food, the rooms are amazing. I invite all local and foreign people to come here and have fun. Located outside the city, it is a quiet and pleasant place to stay. In all respects, Ruins is a beautiful hotel located in Polonnaruwa. I am thankful to all the employees including the management for helping to make my holiday beautiful.

It’s a very pleasant place with a very calm surrounding. Nice place to spend time with your family. Staff is friendly and food is amazing.

Big spacious room. Big balcony too. Good breakfast! And amazing view of the rice fields. The new manager is friendly and very attentive.
