Very convenient location, you can see the railway station. Nadee and the team was very friendly and welcoming. Clean and Well equipped. Nice shower. Do not miss the breakfast it was excellent and value for money. Staff were very helpful on arranging us local Taxis, again very nice people. Overall experience was brilliant and highly recommended for anyone.

Ideal location near all the main highlights ,Train station close by, Sweet and friendly female staff, Breakfast made and served with love, Tasty homemade snacks, Everything within easy reach The location couldn’t be better truly perfect. All the main sights are just around the corner, and the train station is only a short walk away, which made getting around super easy. The ladies on the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Every morning, breakfast was made and served with care you could really feel the love in it. I was even surprised with some tasty homemade snacks in between. It’s a place where everything just feels right: convenience, comfort, and warmth. Highly recommended if you want to explore the city with ease and feel genuinely cared for.

Liked the location. Good Air con. Internet patchy. The people running the hotel were lovely like the many people we've crossed paths with so far in Sri Lanka. Lots of birds and wildlife around the hotel. I'd stay there again.

The guest house is in close proximity to the train station as well as the entrance to the Sacred City. Friendly hosts, varied breakfast, nice rooms
