Location is good, beaituful view from our room, Rooms were clean , clean linen and towels. staff were very helpful. overall enjoyed our stay
The piumara residencies is run by the sweetest family.
We had to check in a little early because we got to town a few hours before the check in time, and they were so helpful and pleasant about the whole experience.
They helped us with sightseeing and offered great advise on what's the best place to visit and during what time of the day, what adds to this is the fact the location of the residencies is very close to the major sight seeing spots.
The view from the residencies is also to die for.
Thoroughly enjoyed the place, the food, the sweet family and everything about this place.
Will 10/10 recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kandy.
And I would definitely be staying here again in my upcoming visits.

The staff and the management were extremely friendly and everything I wanted were provided at a moments notice. The residence was located walking distance to the kandy city center. What I loved the most was the homely feeling and vibe the hotel gave. The rooms and toilets were very clean and tidy. Exceptional for the price and would highly recommend to anyone visiting kandy. Would definitely go back to Kandy just to stay at Piyumara!
The hotel is centrally located and can be easily accessed via a short walk from the lake round. The rooms were modern, well kept and the staff were attentive. Got a good deal in terms of pricing despite it being the tourist season in Kandy. Highly recommend not just for solo travelers/couples but also for families with kids
It’s indeed a charming hotel room in the hill city, and it was an absolute delight. The location was perfect – close to the town and major attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The room was spacious , and I appreciated the attention to cleanliness. Overall, a fantastic experience that made my visit to the city even more enjoyable.
