Location, room, gracious host, breakfast quality. The lady owner was kind enough to drive us to the airport

The bed and pillows were good quality and the hosts were very accommodating. The breakfast was above average and they provided free transportation to the bus terminal

This place is da bomb. It's well kept, decorated nicely, quiet, and really clean. The lady that runs the place(elle) is over the top accommodating. She greeted us when we arrived at midnight, fed us breakfast she made herself, scrambled eggs ranchers with cheese, toasted cheese sandwich, fruit and juice and coffee. What a breath of fresh air. Case Canelos is very close to the airport so convenient to get to and from the airport. The rooms are comfortable. A good breakfast is provided, even very early in the morning if one has an early flight to catch. The owner was kind enough to drop us to the airport early in the morning both times we stayed there. All in all a comfortable place to stay if you need to stop over in Guayaquil in between flights.

The rooms are super clean, big with nice beds and A/C. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the area is quiet (right near a park). Breakfast was delicious. It's an easy 10-minute walk from the airport (go through the airport parking lot and over the pedestrian bridge). An excellent value but I would have been happy to stay here even if it had been more expensive.
