The property is very clean and the staff are very friendly and professional, special thanks to the manager for his continuous support during my stay.
Very clean, fast wifi and helpful staff except for the male receptionist who treated me like un-welcomed guest when I was checking out. I never met this guy until then. I don’t know what was wrong with this guy.
I was very nice stay. Staff was wonderfully helping us. Specially night staff when we are checking out. The gat taxi for us and the manager went with us to the airport to assist with the luggage. I am very pleased and i recommend the hotel for everyone visiting Addis Ababa. Thank you all hotel satff
The stuff is fantastic, all the people at reception are very helpful. The breakfast was good.also it is value for money.there is free transfet from and to the airport
