Incredible value, location was easily accessible by bus, very comfortable and crazy cheap
The location is fabulous. Right in front of the lake and about a 10 minute walk to Hakone Shrine ( you can see it from the room) and around a 5 minute walk for the sightseeing boat.
Response from host could be faster. Last minute and no response is no good, it caused so much stress to foreigners like us. I m sure the host can improve on this. The unit is good.
We loved staying at this apartment in Hakone. The host was courteous and answered our questions. The apartment is very close to the bus line and at a stone throw distance from the Ashi Lake. We liked strolling around the neighborhood during morning.
It was a basic room and a great value for money.
Cute apartment, clean, excellent location.
A lot of other comments say that bed is noisy, but it is not such a big problem, and doesn't bother at all
