Perfect location to visit the center, close to the shopping malls and lots of nice restaurants.
Very friendly staff and the room was fantastic for us as family.
The spa and rooftop pool were the reason that we booked this hotel and it was really enjoyable.
Very good breakfast buffet with local ingredients and dishes as well.

Modern hotel with great facilities. The pool on the roof makes a difference - this is not very common in Japan. Very good location close to many good restaurants and city center.
They had a large pool with gorgeous views, very spacious room and bathroom, excellent selection for breakfast buffet, though we didn’t get to use the public bath, that’s also available if you want. Location was perfect as well whether you were coming from the Beppu station or the Beppu Kitahama bus station via Oita airport. There are really good restaurants nearby as well. If you’re renting a car, they also have a deal with one of the parking lots and you only pay 600JPY for overnight/24hrs.
