Personnel was very friendly. Free laundry was a great feature! I really enjoyed having a drink on the roof terrace and the apartment was nice and cosy!
Easy access to local mall, station, and other shopping/restaurants. Room was large, which is rare in Japan. Flexible check-in/check-out. Laundry room on-site, and easy to use.
Great value. The apartment was large. It was a short walk to the station. While check in was advertised as 4 pm, we were able to check in earlier. The manager met us. He showed us around the premises and gave us some local tips. He was charming.
Great location, located in a very central position close to the bus stop and Beppu station. The apartment is big and the facilities are good.
There is a lovely rooftop terrace and the staff is very nice! Good value for money.
From the path leading to the door to the cheerful and comforting decorations, I was satisfied. Spacious, well equiped, does have a feeling of "home". Self check-in easy and convenient. Common space is elegant and relaxing, with several guide leaflets and maps.
