Great location. Amazing value. Lovely little touches Excellent Onsen.
Australian couple stayed 3 nights. We found staff extremely helpful. Great English and very attentive to our requests. Good location to walk to Port, Castle, big gardens and bus/train terminal (25 minutes in each direction)

Good location and comfortable room. We had 5 people and they spread us across 3 rooms which was nice.
The location is great, next to a busy shopping street. The staff at the counter are very friendly and helpful in solving reservation problems.
In addition, although the open-air bath is relatively small, the overall feeling of bathing is very comfortable~
