We both unfortunately had medical issues, and the duty manager was very helpful, supportive and kind in assisting us to have medical attention at excellent practices to assist us. We found all front of house staff most helpful ably assisted by the duty manager avery comfortable

Large rooms, comfortable beds, heated toilet seats, good breakfast. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Paid parking at back of hotel.

Location is very good, and easy to access to many sightseeing areas.

Stayed one night after visiting Naoshima. Good location. Room excellent. Staff helpful

The breakfasts were very good with a varied choice depending on whether you were European or Japanese. The hotel was ideally situated near the railway station and the bus for Takamatsu airport stopped right outside the hotel door. The room facilities were ideal and the room was cleaned every day. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
