The availability of the spa facilities. The restaurant.
The hotel offers a free shuttle, polite staff, an open-air bath, clean rooms, and free luggage storage. Based on my experience as an international traveler (this was our first visit to Japan), it felt more like a hotel than a resort. That said, we liked it and had a pleasant stay overall.
Staff and cleanliness. Very kind to kid. Good location and big parking.
This was a fancy hotel for the price. Very nice facilities and bath. I definitely recommend the breakfast, it was large and you won't find other food places nearby so eat at the hotel.
