The spacious deck, which had a spectacular Fuji view. Our room was very spacious with a nice living room. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the complimentary shuttle was helpful Two of our group enjoyed ping pong while there. The front desk gave us good restaurant suggestions too.
We were very impressed with how spacious and comfortable our room was. We had a fantastic view of Mt. Fuji from our room, which was much better than we were expecting. The breakfasts were nice and we had the "all you can eat" Shabu Shabu dinner one night, which was very delicious. We loved everything about your hotel.
Nice selection of both Western and Japanese breakfast items with the buffet breakfast
The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Iwai who checked us in. The view of Fuji-san is breathtaking! The room is spacious, plenty of lights and outlets. With the stunning view, it's tempting to spend the entire day in the room.
We upgraded to a higher level room with a fantastic view of Mt Fuji. The room was very comfortable , the breakfast was alright. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic. Staff was nice and friendly. The onsen was a big plus
