Staff were great! The in room Onsen and outdoor facially were both really nice; used them both! They provided a shuttle to and from the station
The common onsen is great but having the private onsen on the balcony is amazing!
It's also quite fun to take your morning shower in the balcony but it's probably because we were there in April
