Nikko is amazing, favorite place we visited. The hotel was old, but well maintained, the staff were very nice, the room was comfortable, and breakfast was simple but tasty.
Convenient to both train stations, very nice onsen, lounge and first floor breakfast area. I appreciated the table and chairs in the room with an outstanding view over the JR station from 1914. Room is large for Japan. Staff is fantastic. Conveniently located next to a bakery and a brewery and within a five-minute walk of the bus terminal.
Very good breakfast and onsen.
The establishments in the city close really early, so the onsen at night was a strong positive point
great location near the train station and close to the main part of town.
Location was great, one of only 3 rooms that had space & a wardrobe
