Great location close to many bars and restaurants and shopping malls.
The room was rather big with balcony overlooking a nice park.
Very quiet rooms, comfortable beds. Free coffee available at reception.
Can't beat the location...5-6 minute walk from Tenjin Station and 10-12 minute walk to Hakata Station. If walking is not your thing, there is an entrance to the subway system a couple of minutes away that will take you to both stations in no time. Plenty of shopping and quality restaurants close by...great place as a base station to go on day trips all over Kyushu!!! And by the way...the staff are superb. Very professional and courteous...and despite the language barrier, they try their best to assist you with any request. Thank you Hotel Grandolce Hakata. Aloha from Hawaii.
Very convenient to metro station and easy to get from Hakata Station and the airport on the metro. The staff are charming and helpful. Very nice lobby area with comfortable couches and free coffee. Good breakfast with enough choices. Very quiet on my floor. I had a view of the canal. Near a main street with 7-eleven and other convenience stores.
Clean, lovely hospitality, awesome place, great location.
they have cleansing oil! all sediment are more than satisfied and it's in the middle of everything. surrounded with famous restaurants. easy to access everything. you have two park double you and canal. I don't see anything bad here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
