I like its close proximity to Sapporo Station and 24h FamilyMart. They also have public baths.
Very convenient location, close to JR location; provided quite a number of supplements for stay, like comb and shampoo and ear plugs. The room is cosy and nice as well.

The room is comfortable, within walking distance to Sapporo Station, and the staff are friendly
A good location for travelling by car or train, we can park our car in front of the hotel, to walk just 2 crossing roads to get Sapporo station and the almost flat path way is also easy to roll our big 5 luggage across. With the Family mart nearby and 7-11 a little far over, it is good to fill up us at night. The standard triple room size is too small for 3 adults, yet all 3 beds are comfy and clean. Amenities in room are adequate still we can get another on the first floor, moreover we can have little box of drinking water as complementary on 1st floor too. The breakfast is good, it is not big still it is enough to start a day and the coffee from UCC coffee machine is as UCC taste. The small Onsen is OK to rest for awhile, but a very good thing after onsen are located in front of Onsen room is frozen ice cream ^__^
