The staff are very helpful! I arrived before check-in time, although the hotel cafe was not open at that time, the staff opened and let me in to use the work station and wifi freely.
The location is perfect, close to the station but not noisy at all.
Room is small and compact, but meets all basic needs.
PM staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I wished I remembered their name. They made us feel welcome. Really closed to Nagano station and has an Onsen which my husband enjoyed. It has everything you need.
AM staff was also very understanding after we woke up late and was 30mins late for check out time.
The room was clean and cozy, they had an onsen for guests
Location is just near the train station - that is not clear from google maps.
