Very good location. Breakfast was excellent. The staff is very helpful. Rooms are standard for Japan, well-equipped.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Nagano. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. They made check-in smooth and were always available to assist with any questions I had during my stay.
What really stood out to me was how thoughtful the hotel felt overall. It seemed like they had anticipated every possible need—everything from small amenities in the room to helpful touches throughout the hotel made the stay feel effortless and comfortable. It’s clear that they genuinely care about guest comfort.

The hotel is super conveniently located near JR Nagano and surrounded by shops and restaurants, yet the room is quiet, and also sparklingly clean. The locker service pre-checkin and post-checkout is a big plus. The amenities provided is as good as any other business hotel chain. The bed is comfy. The aircon is clean and powerful. The hotel breakfast, although limited, is very high quality. Will always be my choice for a short stay in Nagano.
Location was awesome. Wendy’s burgers as part of the breakfast was unique. A good place to stay for a few nights, easy walking distance to the train station and shops. The temple up the road is awesome and the Don Quijote shop nearby also.
