Hotel is in a great location, city center is near ferry to Sakurajuma is near. The hotel staff are incredible, very helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed my time in Kagoshima

Hotel Sunflex Kagoshima is in a good position, not far from tenmonkan station, the aquarium and the ferry, if one wish (highly recommend) to visit sakurajima. For breakfast you can chose among four sets, which includes one traditional Japanese and one continental. No doubt in choosing the traditional Japanese one, miso soup was amazing. Staff polite and available as always in Japan.

This location was very ideal for us: not too far from the hustle and bustle of the city but also walking distance to the main ferry terminals. Each member of the staff was friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. We were all tremendously impressed with the breakfast too. For the price alone, we would definitely stay here again if we come back to Kagoshima!

The staff was helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It is close to ferry terminal to Yakushima. For breakfast you get a choice of Japanese or Western Option. I chose Japanese breakfast which was very good but the western option also looked quite good.

Had everything needed for a very good price. Great location, walking distance to the ferry terminal.
