Don Don, the Italian restaurant was excellent.
The Chinese restaurant was even better. Possibly the best and freshest Chinese food I have ever eaten.
The hotel offered good value and comfort. Our adult daughter was traveling with us so we selected a triple room with a city view. The room had ample space and a large bathroom with vanity space. The room was well arranged with a desk, closet, shelf space, refrigerator, safe, and the view as promised. We had dinner at the hotel's Italian restaurant and the meal was exceptional. We opted to include the breakfast buffet which is served in the same restaurant. The buffet had a large selection offering both western and traditional items. Self-parking on-site was a bonus.
The hotel shuttle to onsens and bus station was very convenient. We also booked a tour that picked up at the lobby of Kokusai21.
Free shuttle to and from the station. Walking distance to Zenkoji. Nice place, free breakfast.
