The room is big and clean. The location is super good just 5-10 min walk to the shopping street (actually the hotel is right behind the snoopy village but it is uphill). If you rent a car, this place has a parking lot for you so it is super convenient. Love it and will surely recommend it to friends.
The place is very nice and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had 2 rooms on different floors, and the staff helped to rearrange and change both rooms on the same floor.
I will recommend this place if you stay more than a night in otaru. It is not enough to stay just a night!!

Amenity is free to take, have washing machine and kitchen.

The room is large and the facilities are suitable for long stays. There is a washing and drying machine in the room which is convenient.
