Everything was clean and in good order. The room was nice, location was great, and check-in was easy. Thanks kindly to the staff that answered my question on the phone when I called. I would stay again!
The room size was very large, we were here in the winter and didnt have e-bikes in the entryway which worked very well for us to repack our ski gear before going home. Incredible shower too!
the place was near Otaru canal and it is conveniently near Otaru Station as well
Usually I dont do a review but was touched that the hotel refund me for my first night since we missed out the flight. We are glad with the arrangement. We love the stay here, everything is self service and auto check in and the place is clean, near to the city but quiet and new. thank you
The location was quite near the station. Easy walk to the Main Street. Great staffs
