Service, luggage storage, they took our luggage to the room before check in, amenities
Good location,convenient stores just in front of the hotel. Can see Mt Fuji from our room . The place is clean.
Friendly environment and near to the Fujiq highlands
Good rooms with nice space on it private bathroom and nice facilities, is near to convenience store just crossing the street. Staff was nice, friendly had to use translate for better communication but even without that they are able to communicate the main things about the stay
Everything was good and we had an amazing view at mount Fuji from our room!
