Location great. Close to motohakone ko bus station(元箱根港) and there’s a Lawson 2 mins walk away We were two persons so it was spacious for us.

Excellent location. One can see Lake Ashinoko from the balcony.

The location is excellent, close to the lake, the pier, Lawson, Seven Eleven, and the bus stop. Self-check-in is available with the key left in a lockbox next to the door, with the password automatically sent to your email a few minutes before the 4 PM check-in time.

The apartment is small but cute with sliding doors separating 3 areas. Had it not been cloudy we would have had a nice view of Lake Ashi. The host nicely prepared sets of towels and sandals for all three guests. Check in was exactly as described. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked well.

The location was 1000% great. It's right by the lakefront and walk 10 minutes to the Torri Gate, so we could beat the crowd and got the great picture at 7:00am. The view from the balcony/window was very nice. The price is very good for the accommodation. We have everything we needed for just one night. Very good value for the location. We got the passcode for the keybox right at the check in time, so with the ability to check your Booking.com account for message is essential. Everything went pretty smoothly. The property has the name "Koi Hankone" and it's searchable on Google that way. If not, our Booking.com only showed us its description name in Japanese and it's hard to search the property unless you put in the full address.
