This place is just amazing, and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. He also prepared a very delicious meal. It was the best stay, and we had really nice conversations and learned a lot about Japan. We surely recommend it!!!!

Charming and cosy minshuku in the mountains near the Oi river. Sho san is the owner and manager of the property which he fixed up himself. A truly authentic stay amidst beautiful scenery Sho san fixed up breakfast and dinner for us. It was home cooked and delicious

We had an amazing time at Voketto! The family room/separate house was handmade, cozy, comfortable, and had a well-equipped kitchen. The surroundings are beautiful, with lots to explore. But the best part of this place is the incredible host! After a delicious meal, we had some really interesting conversations and got to enjoy some very special traditional music. At the end, we were recommended an awesome tea ceremony! We’d come back to Voketto anytime and really wish we could’ve stayed longer. Totally recommended!
