Very decent house with modern kitchen equipment and utensils, highly effective refrigerator, a balcony (perfect for smokers like me) and a comfy double bed. Decent amount of space in the house. Toilet and shower / bathtub works good, decent pressure and hot water. AC works great. There is no elevator but the house is on 1st floor so not much climbing. Location is good, some decent restaurants around and markets for shopping or groceries. Can reach a lot of touristic places easily, whether you take a cab from Yandex or just by walking. Really, really recommended.
Should be cleaned after every 3 to 4 days if the customer is staying for a week or long
Staffs were very accomodating and helpful. Strong wifi.
Cozy accomodation with all the facilities of a home. Conveniently located near the metro within walking distance and a few more minutes walk to the shopping area, Arbat G.
Owner was very polite, friendly and replied to every whatsapp.
Top location close to the city center and railway station. Everything in downtown Almaty is easy to reach from the apatment.
