They gave us a very warm and welcoming reception. The apartment was very clean, and everything was in working order. The location was excellent. We easily reached Shymbulak (ski resort) by public transportation. It was also within walking distance of nightlife spots and the old town.

The location is just the best to explore the old city center and get around! The aprt itself was very cozy and homelike. My fam and I enjoyed it very much!

Excellent location close to everything we wanted to see and do. Kitchen had necessary things for stovetop cooking. It was very clean and communication with the owners was easy. The hot water and pressure in the bathroom were good. We slept well with the AC which cooled well even though it was older. The playground in the yard behind it was cool, shady, and our kids enjoyed the swings especially.

The owner of the apartment gave me the keys personally and explained everything I needed to know about it. I found the apartment very comfortable. Well located, close to the main attractions of the city. Very comfortable bed, good internet. The kitchen equipped with everything you could need for a few days. A washing machine is available also
