The location is good. A lot of parks and attractions in the walking distance.

The hotel is basic (as expected at this price level), but very clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful. The reception is manned 24/7 and very attentive. The room was fine and had all the necessities. The bathroom was nice, and surprised with great water pressure in the shower. The location is quiet, yet very central. Overall a good deal for the price. There is a Premium fitness center ("KRIDA") almost across the street, which has two great cafes in their lobby, one of them being a Starbucks. The other cafe offers healthy (fitness) food - great for breakfast or lunch. Other POIs in walking distance: "Platform A" (upscale food court), "MEGA PARK" (Shopping Center), "SILKWAY" (Mini Shopping Center, but closer) and endless restaurants and cafes.

The stay was very comfortable. Room was clean. Staff let us check in late as we arrived late from airport early morning. Staff were very kind and helpful. One of the staff helped us set up our yandex account since we were struggling with it due to an error. They can speak a little English but if no you can always use a translator. But overall we loved our stay. Would come again next time.

The staff at the the hotel were multi-lingual and very helpful. The hotel is clean, safe, professional, international in many ways, and cozy. It is also walking distance from restaurants, main attractions, and the public transportation system (metro and bus). You can walk to most places in Almaty, if you stay at the this hotel and get a lot of help by the extremly considerate staff.
