Excellent location, right in the heart of the everything yet slightly quaint. Staff is very helpful
Clean, comfortable stay in a quiet location close to most of the attractions. Haven’t used the breakfast or facilities, so have nothing to say about them. There are many cafes and coffee shops around. All in all a decent clean hotel in a good location, staff is helpful. Wouldn’t advise to take an airport transfer, better download a taxi app, taxi services are swift in Almaty.

Hard to get to in taxi or yandex as address takes you to the back side of the hotel
Everything was beyond expectations. I’ve stayed in many 4- and 5-star hotels and find the Park Almaty to be one of the best.
