My stay at Chonghong guesthouse was amazing, the staff treated me super well, helped me with everything I needed and even gave me food and sent me some travel tips. The place is cozy and, although it's a little bit hard to find, is well located and near the bus station (from which you can go everywhere in the city at a cheap price). I had a great night of sleep and the neighborhood is very quiet. Zhangjiajie is an incredible place and I felt I received much more than what I paid for.

Nicest host we have ever met. They helped us book tickets to attractions and even suggested routes in them. Always smiling and a pleasure to talk to.

Comfortable, 10min walk to the cableway, authentic local good food all around, very helpful reception staff, everything great. Warm building, not cold even during autumn, heating can be used if necessary.

The most amazing hosts. Very cozy family feeling. The owner helped us with everything, she went with us to the bus station for tickets, buy food and recommended amazing hotpot restaurant including getting a ticket for a great deal (80RMB for 2 persons). Love the place and would definitely recommend!!!

The location is very convenience. It is close to the central bus station and Tianmenshan. The room is big and clean, very comfortable. Services is super, the owner helped planning daily trips, depended on weather and time that we had. She went far and beyond to drop us off at Tianmenshan gate, just to make sure we had enough time to enjoy the place. Price value is great!
