Best hotel in Naples
Staff was great specially Andy who take us to the beach and pick us up gave us umbrellas chairs even toys for my daughter. Rooms are just perfect love the hot tub
The rooms were great
Staff were all happy and friendly
The restaurant food was outstanding
The location was great, and the facility was very well kept, clean, and comfortable. I would have rate it a 10, but unless a guest is willing to use valet parking, it can be difficult to find a spot late afternoon or evening.
Mike was a special addition as he was always available and ready to offer suggestions and advice.
Everything was so clean, and the staff very attentive. The car service is a huge perk.
