Staff member, Sergio, offered an excellent service and customer care, adding great value to the place. The employee made me feel comfortable and safe in the space; after listening to my concerns about this aspect. Excellent option to spend a night or two while in the center of Madrid, without costing a kidney.
Peaceful, able to sleep well. Excellent location.
This hostel is great for young people. Its location is easily accessible to all the central parts of Madrid. Facilities were better than other hostels we stayed at - showers are more private, and big secured lockers for your belongings.
Amazing location, about 20min walk up the hill from Estacion de Atocha.
