Amazing hosts, gave us early check in since we arrived early to La Spezia. We dropped off our baggage at our room since it was still being cleaned and our host walked us to a nearby cafe so we could eat and drink there while we waited. When we got back to the room we were greeted with a bottle of wine and a basket of fresh fruit which we really appreciated! Our host also booked us a reservation at an amazing Michelin recognized restaurant and also a taxi the day we left. The apartment was so spacious. We ended up staying inside a lot because of rain and storms. We loved cooking dinner in the kitchen and were very glad there were TVs with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Air conditioning worked great, bed was very comfortable. Location was great, close to cafes, restaurants, grocery store, and boardwalk. If we ever come back to La Spezia we will stay here again!
Good size and clean with good size kitchen. Is a good basic property that satisfied our needs.
A glimpse of the sea from a side window and balcony.
About 1km walk to ferry for Cinque Terre and even closer to Cruise ship terminal. A supermarket very close by. Good pizza also. Quick walk to main part of town for nice restaurants Bus to train station is 200m walk.
Very big and clean apartment in the heart of Spezia. You can admire the sea from the beautiful balcony. Owners were very kind and hospitable. There is a supermarket just few minutes from the apartment.
Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, war sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Außerdem haben wir viele Tipps und Empfehlungen von Maurizio bekommen, wo man essen könnte und was man auf jeden Fall gesehen haben muss.
Маурицио встретил нас на жд вокзале и отвёз нас на место. 5 минут на машине.
Передал нам ключи, рассказал, как пользоваться кухонной, бытовой техникой, как утилизировать мусор (важный момент!), показал, где находятся супермаркеты, пиццерия. Прислал ссылки на самые лучшие пляжи и рестораны.
Рядом находится автобусная остановка. На автобусах легко добраться до вокзала (для поездок в Cinque Terre), до Lerici, до Porto Venere.
На кухне была вся необходимая техника. Были такие нужные мелочи, как соль, сахар, специи.
В квартире 2 балкона, 2 кондиционера, 2 телевизора.
Большое спасибо хозяину за вкуснейшую моцареллу! Мы были приятно удивлены.
