Great location, beautiful decor, comfortable and clean room, great staff.
The location was great. And, the help at the front desk. It was very quiet as well.
Staff is excellent! Overall vibe of this property is super amazing! Young man who hosted us at reception desk was full of knowledge about Venice and gave a lot of useful recommendations about our travel in this super beautiful city. The location of this hotel is also perfect - every attraction is nearby and also very good restaurant is also located exactly outside of the main entrance of this hotel. Highly recommended!
Charming, comfortable, clean. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful.
Location walk to many places, centrally located, plenty of good eating options walking distance from the property. Our host was fantastic, very helpful with suggestions for sights to see and places to eat. He also assisted us with baggage on the rainy morning we checked out and were headed to the Water Bus to the Train Station.
