The most important thing to note is that the photos do not do this apartment justice. It is spacious, with a balcony which looks into trees and up into the historical center of Perugia. The location is convenient, a few minutes walk only from the train station and the mini-metro up into the historical center. The friendly landlady, Sonya, met us at the entrance to the apartment and urged us to call or use WhatsApp is we had any questions. We enjoyed our stay in Perugia very much.
The hosts were super friendly and welcoming. The view from the apartment was very good. Having the minimetro, train station, and grocery store so close was really convenient. We also appreciated the secure underground parking.
the apartment is very well located, close to the train station, very close to Fontivegge Minimentro and bus stops. It's clean, the hosts are very nice.
The landlady was very gentle. She went out of her way to accomodate our needs.
The apartment has all the amenities one can wish for.
I will book again if I return to Perugia
