Abai Inn staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and very helpful during my stay. The first room I was given had a problem with the air conditioning and I was immediately provided with a new room. Housekeeping was excellent and reception desk staff always available to answer questions. It was a good location, with nearby restaurants, coffeeshops and within walking distance to my work destination. Laundry service was fast.
Уютный, чистый отель. Гибкий, подстраиваться под пожелания гостей. Для группы постояльцев, приехавших на Taraz city run изменили время завтрака с 8.00 на 7.30. Спасибо!
Удобное местоположение.Вежлевый и отзывчивый персонал.
Хорошее месторасположения. Почти центр города, всё в шаговой доступности. Гостиница новая, есть лифт, отзывчивый и приятный персонал. Проживал в люксе, с окнами во двор, было тихо. Прочитав предыдущие отзывы по поводу горячей воды, так это во многих гостиницах так, надо подождать пару минут пока пойдёт.
