The staff was soo nice! Ms. Sveta managed to organize a taxi driver for me which wasn't easy. Without him, it would have been very hard to get around in such a short period of time. The other lady was also very, very nice. She was the first one to say welcome and give me tea when I felt sick. Thank you both!

We had a very nice stay at the Pride Hotel. It was clean, staff was attentive and the breakfast was good. A great value for the money.

I like it. The stuff was very hospitable. Gulfiya is a good girl. Thank yiu for your labour. The breakfast was very delicious.

We loved the people at Pride Hotel, professional and generous with us as we worked through some trouble with our hire car. We were really happy with how lovely all the staff were, but also should note that the hotel is great! The rooms are a comfortable size, good bathroom and very clean, all facilities as advertised and off street car park at the front of the hotel. Happy to recommend this hotel and again thank the staff for their kindness and humour while we checked in and out and then in again when our car died.

I got a 4am train the next day and they have been super helpful. The room is perfect. The atmosphere is great and you can play snooker. There’s a bus station nearby.
