The hotel is run by a lovely family. They spoke English and it helped me a lot.
The room was clean and comfortable. I had the New York room. The reflective ceiling was fascinating.
Mansur took me on a historical tour of the city. I could visit places that are inaccessible by public transport. I'm really thankful to him. I also learnt a lot about the various cultures in Kazakhstan through them.
It was the best place I stayed in Kazakhstan. Mansur and his wife were fabulously hospitable and made my stay at the hotel very special and went out of their way to arrange tours and transfers.

В данном бутик-отеле останавливаемся со всей семьей на протяжении многих лет. Отличное расположение, тихо, уютно. Номера чистые, принадлежности всегда в наличии. Хозяева очень гостеприимные, радушные.
