It's new, build for dormetory with everyhings behovs. Ver Fresh and clean with enough wc and dush. It's very cheap for all it gives. I stay here mor days.
The property is incredibly well run with slippers, clean sheets on the bed, and a towel all provided. Additionally, the staff is very kind and keen to help. The location is also quite central and the check in process was very smooth!

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. It is the first choice for living in Shymkent
New venue. Everything was clean (super clean)and new. Spacious room with a lot of space to put belongings (shelves under beds and big lockers). Great ergonomy. Big and fully equipped kitchen (with some free snacks, tea and coffe).
Good location. Nice common area. Silence during the night.
