Hotel is located in a quite spot and close to the center of city. We even walked From Shymkent city to hotel
It was a clean property with very friendly staff. The breakfast served to your room was a nice touch as going to a dining room isn't always something I like to do...sometimes sitting with your pajamas and you breakfast is all you need!
The hotel was not too far from the airport, facilities were good. The hotel manager was extremely professional and very kind, she helped us with booking a taxi. Breakfast was great, we ordered in advance and it was ready in the morning when we arrived to a cafeteria.
Charming place with nice and characterful decor, clean, very comfortable. Nice breakfast, excellent price. Fairly easy to drive to and from it when arriving and leaving Shymkent.
The clean facilities, generous breakfast, and very helpful staff. They also allowed me to leave my big luggage with them while I spent two nights in Turkistan.
