The 2-bed room was great. Staff was extremely helpful. First they put me in a room with a very smelly guy but when I told them I’d prefer to move to a different room, they gave me an empty room. AC worked fantastically great and bathroom was clean and orderly. Walking street is right next to it. Laundry machine is cheap to use, about 500 tenge, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful in answering all of my questions.
New and clean hostel. It is big, there are many dorms and a spacious common area.
Beds are confortable. Laundry for 500 tenges.

Everything was organized. There were spacious lockers with codes. Reading lights in the bed. The bathrooms were clean and soap was provided. Amazing value.
- a lovely place for staying in Shymkent, inside a mall, spacious common space for dining and working, free drinking water, tea and coffee always available, wifi is also good for work
- Great location as well, a few steps to Global cafe in the mall, bus stop is in the front, near by a good rate money exchange, also near Flybuy - the best 24/7 store for food just across Tulip fountain.
I like the cleanliness, comfort, and the small size rooms. The location is in the city center, so it is perfect. There are many facilities nearby.
