I really appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff of this hotel. I have stayed there 3 times already. The location is great, just in the heart of Almaty. The room we were given was spacious, with a balcony, clean and equipped with needed amenities. Just a bit old renovation, though quite well maintained.

I stayed here two nights with my sister. The staff were nice and friendly. We had a clean and quiet room. All amenities were provided. The location is close to most places. There are restaurants nearby as well. Everything was good. The staff can speak English so it was easy to communicate. We found this a very safe place as two girls traveling alone. The front desk always had someone. The roads and nearby places were also safe at night for us. We would book again for stay in summer or moderate climate.

I like they tidy up the room, change toiletries everyday. Breakfast is delicious and you can easily communicate with frontdesk staff

- Central location. Close to metro station, local shops, parks, and bazaar. - Heating in the facility is very good. There was snow and quite cold weather during our stay and the room was very well heated. - Clean room, with all necessary amneties and with good hot water pressure.
