Location is good, 1.5 km from the Green Bazaar and Panfilov Park. Room is big and good lighting.

Location is good. Near to eating places. If you don't mind 15 minutes walking you can get to Green Bazaar and mosque.
Staff are very helpful. Even with language barrier they make their best attempts to assist. Aida and Laura are the best. They even helped me with good delivery app when I got stucked while making orders.
Room is comfortable especially with balcony room.
Location was near the tourist attractions. budget friendly and if youre staying in kazakhstan for the first time this is the hotel that I recommend booking. almost all is walking distance from PANA INN HOTEL.
