Staff were very helpful. Restaurant has vegetarian options and can eat sitting outdoors for those worried about eating indoors because of COVID. For those worried about COVID, window can open a bit in the room

Second time staying at this hotel. It is not the designated one by my job but because of their amazing service the first time I had to return. They continue to exceed all expectations and will become my hotel of choice when return to the area. the personalized service from the entire team from JB to Mercy to Abigail is absolutely unmatched. I'm a frequent traveler who travels monthly and have never seen the level of service I received at this location.
