The property offers excellent access near Dhahran Mall. I want to specifically commend the front office staff, Ms. Jouri and Ms. Haseena, for their exceptional service in warmly welcoming guests with genuine smiles and providing valuable assistance.
Clean, perfect location, very good value and professional staff
exceptional location and superior room. it was beyond my expectation TBH. i was in a business trip and requested a room only. So, i didn't try the breakfast and other hotel services. overall, the room was super clean and noise isolated. my view was towards Dhahran Mall. parking was enough all the time with easy access in & out.
reception staff were ultimately amazing and cooperative and responsive to all my requests with smile. I'd recommend the hotel highly and make sure to be back in the future.
