Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly & courteous.
Location is good in terms of being close to Kohbar center and Dhahran but you still need a car because it's on the main road and not many stores are within walking distance. The staff were great and special thanks to Noura she was awesome and very helpful. Room was clean and spacious.
I would like to thank Fatmah in the reception for a warm welcome and kind smile we received during our stay. The hotel feels like home to us.
Great hospitality, immaculate facilities, spacious rooms and all amenities provided. Breakfast varieties could have been better.
Exhaust fan in our bathroom wasn’t working well and wasn’t fixed even after complaining. Hope they take complaints seriously!
